NZ Shipping
We offer free shipping on New Zealand orders over NZD 100. Orders valued under NZD 100 will incur a shipping fee of NZD 10. You should receive your order within one to three days of it being sent by courier.
International Shipping
Orders to International destinations are sent with DHL Express (Tracked and must be signed for). Your parcel should arrive within 3 to 6 working days of it being sent.
Australia: Free for orders of NZD 250 or over. NZD 30 for orders under NZD 250.
Rest of World: Free for orders of NZD 400 or over. NZD 50 for orders under NZD 400.
Please note, any destination country import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
Returns
If you are not happy with your piece of jewellery please return it very carefully in the original packaging in its original condition. It must be posted within 10 days of receipt, and then you will be issued a refund/exchange. For further instructions and for our returns address please contact us. Please note, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, therefore we encourage you to purchase carefully.
Exchanges

Payments
All prices on the Jane Eppstein website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We accept all major credit cards. Your payment will be processed securely through Shopify Payments. You may also pay by NZ direct bank deposit (New Zealand bank account holders only).
Lead Times
Many of our pieces are made to order especially for you. However we do carry some stock. Each product description will specify if is currently in stock or if it is made-to-order along with a timeframe.
