NZ Shipping

We offer free shipping on New Zealand orders of NZD 250 or over. Orders valued under NZD 250 will incur a shipping fee of NZD 9. You should receive your order within one to three days of it being sent by courier. 

Australia Shipping

Choose from:

DHL Express (Tracked and must be signed for - so you may wish to use your work address). Free for orders of NZD 1000 or over. NZD 49 for orders under NZD 1000. Delivery in 3 to 6 working days of parcel being sent.

Standard Tracked (not signed for). $20. Delivery in 3 to 12 working days of your parcel being sent.

Rest of World Shipping

DHL Express (Tracked and must be signed for - so you may wish to use your work address). Free for orders of NZD 1000 or over. NZD 80 for orders under NZD 1000. (Delivery in 3 to 6 working days of parcel being sent).

Please note, any destination country import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.

Returns

If you are not happy with your piece of jewellery please return it very carefully in the original packaging in its original condition. It must be posted within 10 days of receipt, and then you will be issued a refund/exchange. For further instructions and for our returns address please contact us. *Please note, solid gold items are made to order and cannot be returned. Also, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please purchase carefully.

Exchanges

Payments

All prices on the Jane Eppstein website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We accept all major credit cards. Your payment will be processed securely through Shopify Payments. You may also pay by NZ direct bank deposit (New Zealand bank account holders only).

Lead Times

Each product description will specify if that item is currently in stock or if it is made-to-order along with a timeframe.
